Cuisson and IG Wines offer; A Moment In Time

Having worked in both some of the finest restaurants in London and the fine wine trade, we take both our cooking and our wine very seriously. We are not only knowledgeable but also passionate about both aspects that combine to form the perfect culinary experience. With this in mind we are delighted to be working with IG wines to offer you an amazing food and wine experience in your own home. We take time to visit you, discuss your cellar and together decide on the perfect wines for your evening, whilst understanding that every bottle has its own story.

If you don’t have a cellar or want to try some specific wines, we can create a bespoke gastronomic experience with IG wines matched by your perfect wine flight. We then design a menu specifically to complement and enhance those wines’ nuances. This menu is for created for one client and their guests and shall never be replicated, after all no two cellars are the same. Truly, One Moment in Time.

Of course if you are planning a celebration, however big or small, wherever in the world and are planning on serving wines we can completely tailor our menus to emphasize the qualities of your prized wines.

Prices start from £150 per head including consultation, bespoke menu design, food and service.
